Tracey Leak, Leisure Seekers Business Coaching

Dynamic and results driven, Tracey Leak has a reputation for transforming businesses. Since entering the Business Coaching industry in 2004, Tracey has taken clients to extraordinary new levels and built a retention rate not seen before in the industry.

Kate Osborne

Kate has a double major in Psychology, after which she deferred from Uni to obtain the life experience she lacked and travelled to over 32 countries in the following 3 years.

Working in Surrey in the UK for a Swiss Millionaire, Fred Zollinger, Esquire and owner of the sixth share of Coca-Cola. Kate was mentored around Business, ethics and thinking. Applying this knowledge Kate joined the Flight Centre Ltd at age 23 and in the next 4 ½ years was a share owner of 2 stores, managing a combined turnover of 7 ½ million per annum and 74 team combinations in total. Her talent was empowering leadership and Kate was ‘poached’ by Australia’s largest Business Coaching Company in her first every joint venture and within 16 months was a Global trainer of coaches and ran her own coaching business turning over $80,000 per month.

As Kate and husband Kent started their family in 2004, a Directors dispute whilst Kate was on maternity leave was the cause of a major breakdown in that business. Kate learned first hand the power of character as she repaid all debts outstanding whilst others walked away. With a new born and pregnant with her 2nd child, Kate and Kent found themselves debt free and choosing to relax and enjoy their lifestyle.

Rosalba D'Agostino

Rosalba D'Agostino (BSc, Dip Ac) has been practicing Chinese medicine for over 13 years. She has a successful practice in Carina Heights where she employs 4 other female practitioners of Chinese medicine. She also works at a clinic in Maleny one day per week. Her previous career was that of a computer analyst, but she felt she wanted to make a difference to people's lives and was drawn to Chinese medicine. The environment in which you live and work plays a strong influence on health. To that aim Rosalba and her husband are building a straw bale house in Conondale on their organic farm.
